Notes:

Please leave correct address info, change any address info will cause extra fee after be posted. Don’t accept any address with P.O. BOX, and abbreviation of the city name. Don’t authorize deliverymen to leave your package at your door in any case. We will arrange the shipment after the payment clear. The reason why “Synthetic Hair” on your package is to just avoid the custom tax.We only offer delivery on U.S.  excluding Colorado,Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,  Guam . 

 

About Damage and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

 

Our items stock status:

As usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will send the package to you as soon as possible.

 

The harsh weather condition and festival holiday:

Sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.

If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.

You click MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover payment directly, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, then choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.

 You click the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, the one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment.

Pay Attention:

Please don’t use “e-check” payment, this payment states is “uncleared”, this shows we don’t receive your payment now, we can’t arrange the shipment for you.

We will wait the states change to “cleared”, we receive the payment, we will arrange the payment, usually, this takes 4-5 days.

We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.

About Tax

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.
