A1:Yes, we offer cap size customization for our regular wig styles. Our custom size options include Small Cap Size (21.5”) and Large Cap Size (23.5”), with the customization process usually taking 6-8 business days and a custom price of $10. It’s important to note that 360 invisi strap wigs (cap size range 18”-24”), full lace wigs (cap size range 18”-24”) and Wear Go Drawstring Wigs do not support cap size customization. Q2: Is It Human Hair, And Can Be Dyed?

A2:All of our hair products are made of 100% human hair, featuring a soft texture that feels as smooth as silk when touched. With proper care, the hair can maintain its good condition for more than one year. In terms of dyeing, through correct dyeing techniques, the hair can generally be dyed to #27 honey blonde color. The better you care for the hair, the longer it will last.

Q3: Do You Lighten/Bleach The Knots?

A3: Yes. All our wig products come with pre-bleached knots and pre-plucked hairlines, which helps create a more natural hairline look. Additionally, our Wear Go wigs are also pre-cut, allowing for convenient and quick wear without the need for extra trimming.

Q4: What does the density mean?

A4: Wig density refers to the fullness and thickness of the hair on the wig cap. Most of our wigs are available in 180% and 250% density options; among them, 250% density is much fuller than 180% density. We suggest choosing the 250% density wig if the wig length is more than 22 inches, as longer hair tends to look thinner, and higher density can ensure a fuller appearance.

Q5: Can I colour/cut/style my hair?

A5: Absolutely! All Pizazz hair products are made from 100% human hair, so they can be cut, colored, and restyled just like your own natural hair. However, it’s important to remember that just like our own hair, human hair extensions or wigs require a good maintenance routine to keep them healthy. For more complex styling or coloring, we recommend consulting a professional hairstylist to avoid damaging the hair.

Q6: Can I straighten the curly hair

A6: Yes! Since Pizazz Hair is made of 100% human hair, it can be restyled, including straightening curly hair. But for the long-term use and to maintain the original curl pattern, we DO NOT RECOMMEND customers to frequently use flat irons on curly and wavy hair textures. If you prefer straight hair as your daily style, we suggest trying one of our straight wigs.

Q7: How long will my hair last?

A7: Generally speaking, with proper care, our hair can last more than 6-9 months (we even have some customers who have been reusing their Pizazz hair for more than one year!). As our hair is 100% virgin human hair, the way you care for it directly affects its lifespan. First, co-washing the hair before installation is NECESSARY!!! Besides, make sure to co-wash the hair at least once a week. Treat this hair just like you would your own natural hair: use high-quality shampoo and conditioning products (as mentioned in our hair care instructions). Conditioning is particularly important to keep the hair soft and easy to manage—let the conditioner sit on the hair for 5~10 minutes before rinsing it off thoroughly.

Q8: Why is curly hair shorter than straight hair when compared with the same length?

A8: The reason is that when measuring curly hair, we need to straighten it first to get the accurate length marked. The smaller the curl size of the hair, the more obvious the shrinkage will be, so it will appear shorter when in its natural curly state. In addition, the length and width of your face shape can also affect how the hair length looks on you, making the curly hair seem shorter compared to straight hair of the same labeled length.
